Primary responsibilities

  1. Lead immunology and immuno-oncology preclinical pharmacology studies
  2. Adoptive transfer of T-cells, in vivo characterization of modified T-cells, biomarker development and pharmacodynamic characterization
  3. Isolation and characterization of T cells and T-cell subsets, ex-vivo T-cell manipulation
  4. Develop and implement Immuno-oncology preclinical efficacy models internally and at CROs
  5. Experience with functional T-cell assay development using multi-color flow cytometry, Luminex, ELISA / ELISPOT and cellular and molecular biology methods such as quantitative ePCR, western blotting etc.
  6. Independently design experiments, meticulously execute on bench work, analyze data, troubleshoot and communicate findings
  7. Enthusiastic team worker with strong interpersonal skills and commitment to work collaboratively in fast paced environment

Required Qualifications and skills

  1. BS/MS with 6+ years experience in immunology / immuno-oncology in biotech/pharma setting
  2. Demonstrated expertise in ex-vivo and in vivo immunology studies and functional T-cell assays, experience with in vivo immuno-oncology models a strong plus
  3. Excellent understanding and passion for immunology and immuno-oncology
  4. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and excellent communication skills, highly organized with flawless record keeping and multi-tasking abilities
  5. Highly collaborative working style and ability to adapt in a fast paced, rapidly developing environment
  6. Authorized to work in the US at the time of application
